Real Harmony & Associates began in the Berkshires with a conviction that real estate should feel personal. Today we're a three-agent team on Keller Williams Pioneer Valley — and we're bringing that same standard to South Florida.

Our story

Built on relationships, not transactions

We got into real estate because we kept watching neighbors make the biggest financial decisions of their lives with too little guidance — and decided to be the team we'd want guiding us.

Along the way, we started hosting networking events and market tours, because knowing a place — its people, its streets, its rhythm — is the difference between finding a house and finding a home.

As our clients' lives carried them south, so did we. Our expansion into Broward and Miami-Dade counties means we can follow the people we serve, with the same care, in two very different — and very special — markets.

Harmony Edwards

A Berkshire County native, Harmony is an investor-friendly REALTOR®, mortgage professional, entrepreneur, and the team lead of Real Harmony & Associates. Known as the “Real Estate Dot Connector,” she helps buyers, sellers, investors, and developers connect the people, financing, properties, and strategies needed to move from an idea to execution.

Her experience spans residential sales, real estate investing, property management, creative financing, relocation, hospitality, and community development. That broad perspective lets her look beyond the transaction in front of her — helping clients understand their options, recognize opportunities, and make decisions that support their larger financial and lifestyle goals.

She serves Berkshire County, Massachusetts, and beyond while developing strategic relationships in South Florida and other growing markets. She's passionate about breaking toxic real estate culture, removing unnecessary barriers to ownership, and helping people build income, assets, and long-term wealth through real estate.

Ahliya Phillips

REALTOR® | Buyer, Seller & Rental Specialist

Ahliya is a dedicated real estate professional serving buyers, sellers, renters, and property owners throughout Berkshire County. She has successfully supported transactions involving both single-family and multifamily properties, while also helping tenants find apartments and landlords secure qualified renters.

Before entering real estate, Ahliya worked in an attorney's office while attending college. That experience shaped the diligence, professionalism, organization, and attention to detail she now brings to every client relationship.

Ahliya understands that real estate decisions can feel exciting and overwhelming at the same time. Her goal is to make the process feel clear, supportive, and manageable — by listening carefully, communicating consistently, and helping clients understand each step before moving forward.

Warren is a respected senior management professional, strategic operator, and community-focused real estate advisor with deep connections throughout Berkshire County. Known as “Your Berkshire Connection,” he combines local insight, strong relationships, and a people-first approach to help clients explore real estate, relocation, and investment opportunities with confidence.

His professional background includes developing efficient business operations, building productive teams, improving customer experiences, and creating systems that support sustainable growth. Within Real Harmony & Associates, Warren contributes to deal sourcing, market relationships, investor education, community engagement, and the development of strategic partnerships.

Warren also helps connect prospective buyers and investors with private property tours, local resources, development opportunities, and the people who make the Berkshires a distinctive place to live and invest.
